We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Please note for change of mind returns we only offer a store credit, no refunds. 

RETURNS POLICY

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Under no circumstances will an item that has any sign of wear be accepted. 

  • The item must have no marks or stains, this includes makeup, fake tan, deodorant stains, etc.
  • The item must be in original condition - any signs of stretching or wear will not be accepted.
  • The item must not have any deodorant or perfume scent, as this is not able to be resold.
  • The item must be free from pet hair, washing powders, etc.

CHANGE OF MIND

If you receive your product and change your mind, we are happy to provide you with a store credit so long as the item meets our return policy. If the item does not meet our returns policy, it will not be accepted.

  • Change of mind returns receive store credit - no refund.
  • Shipping cost back to Lacuna is covered by customer.
  • There is a 30-day period from purchase to request a return.
  • Sale items are final.
  • Must adhere to our returns policy.

     

    REFUNDS 

    Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Upon receiving the item back we will evaluate and rectify the issue. In the unlikely event of you receiving a faulty or damaged product, we will provide you with a full refund. 

    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.


    EXCHANGES

    Need a different size or item? You are able to exchange your item for a different size or for a completely different item.

    To do this, you must email info@lacunaactive.com so we can action this for you.

    Exchanges must meet our return policy, and shipping is covered by the customer. Therefore, please be careful when placing your order and ensure to read the product description. The product description will give advice to sizing and fit, such as sizing up in a certain product. Please keep this in mind when choosing your size and placing your order to decrease the chances of you needing to exchange your item.

    In the event that an item/size you wish to exchange for is sold out, you will be issued with a store credit.
