We endeavour to pack and ship your orders as quickly as possible so you can receive your items ASAP.
Please allow 1-2 business days (maximum) for your order to be dispatched. All orders are coming from Gold Coast, QLD Australia.

If international orders are subject to customs and duties fees this is not covered by Lacuna Active. Import liabilities that are imposed by your government are your responsibility. We recommend checking your countries import fees if you are concerned. Lacuna Active is not responsible for any customs delays, nor duties or taxes, that may arise from your international order.
Please note once your order has been shipped we do not have any control over it. Lacuna Active does not take responsibility for any postage delays along with lost, stolen or damaged parcels. This is unfortunately out of our control. If an incorrect address is provided, this is also not fault of Lacuna Active. But, please do contact our customer service team so we can work together and assist you to the best of our ability. We never want any lost orders or upset customers!
We will do the best we can to assist you in any cases, but once the item has left our possession it is ultimately out of our control.
